Do you have a complaint about our services?
If you have any problems with the services we provide or would like to make a complete, please talk with your consultant first. If you feel this has not helped or if you do not feel confident talking to your consultant, you can contact our office on 1300 851 795.
If you feel your complaint has not been handled satisfactorily, you may escalate your concern to the NDIS Commission.
