Formal Reviews
Our Organisational Development team are able to undertake reviews for small, medium and larger organisations, services, or individual programs. Using a range of data collection techniques and specific analytical lenses, reviews can help organisations and government departments understand what is working well, what needs to change, and what are the opportunities for the future. Our recommendations are practical, and enable organisations and government departments to map pathways forward, and prioritise areas for change. Reviews can be undertaken when things have gone wrong, when something is working well – but could potentially be improved or grown, or in preparation for grant or tender applications as a method of demonstrating the value that the service or program is delivering in the sector. Reviews can focus on client experience and service delivery, operational systems and processes (including risk), financial health, clinical systems, service outcomes, culture, governance, and any combination of these key areas.
